Collect this excellent vintage Anri Toriart music box.
Fully carved by hand and with exceptional quality, the piece features a girl wearing a green dress and red apron playing a harp. She sings to two blue birds, one outside and one in a bird house.
On the base are mushrooms and other vegetation. A wooden fence surrounds surrounds the bird house, perhaps ensuring that they remain safe. The birds appear to enjoy the music, as one joins in with happy chirps and the other sufficiently encouraged to poke its head through the portal.
On the bottom is the "Anri Toriart" white and blue sticker and the Anri red and white sticker that sates in German the name of the song, "Alle vogel sind schon da" and "Swiss Musical Interment".
An excellent addition to a music box or general Anri collection.
The music box stands 8 1/2 inches tall.
