Collect this excellent vintage Anri music box produced in the 1970s, #1613.
With this delightful theme, a girl dressed in a traditional yellow vest, brown skirt, orange apron, and blue and white striped dirndl sings to a yellow bird on top of a bird house and more birds on wooden fence and on ground chirp along.
She feeds them seeds that she carries in a wooden pail. Colorful flowers and mushrooms further add to the enchantment.
When the music box is activated, it plays "Yellow Bird". The high quality music element was produced in Switzerland.
The side of the cylindrical base is lacquered natural wood and covered with stenciled while flowers, hearts, with blue accents.
The music box is approximately 3 3/4 inches in diameter and 5 3/4 inches tall. The girl is made of hand-painted Sculptulite and the rest of the music box is made out of wood.
A truly joyous addition to a music box collection.
CONDITION OF ITEM:
The music box is in excellent vintage condition and the music element plays exactly as it should. Stored in a smoke-free environment. The bottom has the Anri with tree copy righted branded into the wood, a red and black Reuge label with the name of the song, and a blue white and red sticker that says, "Hand Crafted and Hand Painted by ARNI, Italy".
