We ask that cusotmers who use our free comply with our general policy regarding returns and claims, including lost packages. Regading returns, we must be contacted and the package returned within three days. Restrocking fees may apply. Regarding damage, refund is issued after the customer provides the requisite information needed by the insurance company and after the nature of the damage can be evaluated. Regarding lost packages, customers wait 30 days to allow time for the package to be delivered, found, or returned to our business.
