If the item is three pounds or less, we ship using the United States post Office (USPS).  Otherwise, we use FedEx Ground service.  We gladly accommodate your request for shipping by another carrier but shipping costs may vary accordingly.  Please contact us at 303 825-3859 to discuss modified shipping requests or communicate your needs at the time of check out

Packing Materials

We ship all our items in structurally strong boxes and use high quality packing materials (packing peanuts, bubble wrap, etc.) to help ensure a safe delivery.

Shipping to International Customers

SundryShop has many international customers and ships worldwide.  We commonly use the United States Post Office (USPS) but may use other shipping methods for certain countries.  To the extent possible, we accommodate shipping alternatives.  Shipping costs vary from country to country and international customers will be charged accordingly.  Please check with your country to determine specific import regulations and related duties/taxes for which you are responsible outside of charges that we collect.  We work with our international customers to ship as economically as possible, so please feel free to contact us for additional advisement.

Shipping time and arrival time

We work hard to ship within five days of payment and often ship the same or the next.  Our shipping method for free shipping is USPS 1st class for items that are 13 ounces or less and Priority or FedEx depending on cost and other factors.  We also pay for insurance.  We're glad to ship using other means but shipping and other charges may apply. 

Adverse weather and other factors can slow down the delivery of a package.  Therefore, customers should evaluate shipping alternatives in regard to time parameters and contact us if an expedited method is needed.  Should a package be delayed in its arrival because of seasonal factors, adverse weather, or other uncontrollable reasons, we follow the Post Office and our insurance company's policy of allowing 30 days for the package to be found prior to initiating a claim and providing a refund.
